Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting York 3D Prints. Each item is carefully 3D-printed and inspected before delivery. Because many of our products are made to order, our return and refund policy is outlined below.


All Sales Final on Custom Items

Custom and personalized items (including name keychains, custom colors, or special requests) are final sale and not eligible for return or refund, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.


Returns for Non-Custom Items

Non-custom items may be eligible for return under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • A return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged, broken, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • A photo of the item

  • Your order number

If approved, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • A replacement item

  • A refund to the original payment method


Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days. We will correct the issue by replacing the item or issuing a refund.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear

  • Items returned without prior approval


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
