Custom Orders

Custom or personalized items are produced based on customer selections and are considered final sale. Once production begins, orders cannot be changed or canceled.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all customization details are correct before submitting an order.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders if an error occurs.
